I was a construction worker for about 7 years before real estate. At that time I was just trying to get by in life. I was not aware I could choose how much I make and what my life looked like. This is because of EXTREME mental and emotional abuse I grew up with as a youth.

And, that doesn't take into account about $350 a month in cash flow per property on on 4 houses. That an additional $1,400 a month!!
